Line Of The Day
James Rowen is on a streak. In yet another post touching on the Great Lakes Compact, he takes his hand at screenplay writing. The scenario are three semi-fictional state senators sitting down at a cafe in Madison, discussing the GLC. It is a humorous piece of art, with the best line coming at the end:
