Scott Walker took a break from his busy schedule of emailing his stump speeches to Sykes long enough to write a letter to the LaCrosse Tribune which contains his proposal for a sales tax holiday. It looks as if he's going to keep beating that dead horse until he can find another to ride.
It would be nice if Scooter could figure out the problems that he's getting paid to take care of without bothering the rest of the state with unworkable and ill-advised plans.
The funny part is when he writes this:
ReplyDeleteImagine the benefit to retailers, to automobile dealers, to home builders and remodelers and to so many others hurt by the recession. Wisconsin would become a magnet for commerce.
When one looks at how he drove Miller and a lot of big companies out of Milwaukee, does he really think he knows anything about being a "commerce magnet."
