Those are the only explanations for the desperate attempts he is making in trying to convince the people of Cudahy they should allow a WalMart Supercenter to move in.
His latest arguments involve the fact that there are WalMart Supercenters in some rich communities. Yeah, so? There are WalMarts in poor communities too.
Maybe he thinks that what people want is less important than him getting a crappy cake:
Walmart Employee: "Hello 'dis Walmarts, how can I help you?"
Customer: " I would like to order a cake for a going away party this week."
Walmart Employee: "What you want on the cake?"
Customer: "Best Wishes Suzanne" and underneath that "We will miss you".
