    I don't hate it. I just don't understand it.

    In particular I don't understand how it'll be paid for.

    And if it's just to connect Kenowhere with Racine and Milwaukee, then wouldn't a Kenosha (or PP for that matter) terminal on the existing Amtrak accomplish the intent for a small amount of $?

    Maybe I'm missing something.
