Hagee's anti-Catholic remarks was just the tip of the iceberg for him. He has a whole slew of hits, including:

I don't know how many Catholics William Donohue represents, but Donohue was proclaiming the whole Hagee thing over before Hagee even got the words of alleged repentance out of his mouth.
