It happens to everyone. People accumulate so much stuff that they don't have room to store it anymore. Most people will sort through this pile of useless and unwanted things, and decide which stuff to keep and which stuff to get rid of.
Most people will take the stuff that is unwanted and either throw it out, donate it to some place like Goodwill, or hold a rummage sale.
Most people will do this. But not all. Some people, like Charlie, will get a job spewing nonsense on the radio just so that they can give it away to the unsuspecting masses.
