Now They're For Abortion?

As noted in my earlier post, and in one by KR, Sykes and McIlheran both refer to the same article from the Telegraph about some issues with their nationalized health care system.

What both of them neglected to include was this:
Fertility treatment and "social" abortions are also on the list of procedures that many doctors say should not be funded by the state.

Basic logic in would then follow:
  1. Nationalized health care is bad.
  2. Nationalized health care is against abortion.
  3. Ergo, abortion must be good.

There may be hope for these guys yet. Well, OK, not really.

  1. Actually not unlike logic they use often.

  2. Not really related to thistopic but today on Belling, Mark was asking why and how Guiliani could go from 35% to around 10 - 12% in less than a year.

He was also puzzled, as he again said he will not support McCain, about McCains popularity (despite being trashed by him, Sykes, Rush, Hannity and virtually every other republican except McBride.)

Hey MArk, did you ever think those two phenomena mught be BECAUSE of all you wing nuts?

Maybe, tehy are starting to think for themselves.

  3. It seems McBride has gone missing again. So I wrote this, sort of like a rain dance to see if we can entice her back to her blog. It’s sung to the tune of When Johnny comes marching home.

Can Jessie comes out to play again, Hurrah! Hurrah!

We'll give her a hearty welcome then, Hurrah! Hurrah!

The men will cheer, the boys will shout

The ladies they will all turn out

And we'll all feel gay when Jessie comes out to play.

The old Church bell will peal with joy, Hurrah! Hurrah!

To welcome home out darling joy, Hurrah! Hurrah!

The village lads and lassies say
With roses they will strew the way

And we'll all feel gay when Jessie comes out to play.

Get ready for the jubilee, Hurrah! Hurrah!

We'll give the heroine three times three, Hurrah! Hurrah!

The laurel wreath is ready now
To place upon her loyal brow and we'll all feel gay when Jessie comes out to play.

And we'll all feel gay when Jessie comes out to play.

Oh well, I actually kind of sort of borrowed it and changed a few words here and there to cover up my plagiarism.

Now, I’ll play Carnack the Magnificent and predict the title of McBride's post tonight.

    First guess

    Thoughts on Florida.

    Second guess

Wow – that was quite a primary.

  4. I'm mortally wounded. McBride posted but not on my topics. Instead she posted on the NOW attacking Kennedy. Seems I read about that last night on another conservative blog.
